Tube Selection Guidelines

• Tube thickness is a critical factor; a thickness below 0.5 mm is ideal.
• Thicker tubes require longer processing time.
• Tube hardness significantly affects mold lifespan—the harder the material, the shorter the mold life.

Fit Between Tube and Lead Wire

• Selecting the correct inner diameter of the tube and the outer diameter of the lead wire is essential.
• A tight fit is required for optimal and high-quality results.
